Hey, we’re Mila & Jason

The two man wolfpack behind the Next Step Group.

Mila’s story:

I’ve moved 19 times (yes, really). I went from being a 2x Canadian ballroom dancing champion 💃 to packing countless boxes and eventually realizing my true stage was in real estate. I know firsthand what it feels like to outgrow a home and crave more space for family, joy, and new chapters.

Jason’s story:

Jason spent 7 years in the boxing ring 🥊 before running a successful interlocking business. He then turned his focus to real estate, becoming a listings maverick, known for selling homes that others couldn’t move.

Together, we realized our strengths complemented each other so we partnered up and built the Next Step Group.

Our mission is to help families with young kids upsize into homes that truly fit their lifestyle using our signature HOMEBOUND Method.
